Interior
Redesign is the art of helping clients rearrange what
they own to create a beautiful and functional space. An
Interior Redesign project begins with an in-home
consultation. This meeting allows
Perfect Fit Interiors to see the room or rooms to
be redesigned and to interview clients about their lifestyle
and the functional problems in the room. This visit also
allows PFI to determine
the amount of time necessary to complete the project. One to
Two room redesigns can usually be completed in a single day.
Real Estate Staging:
Real Estate
Staging is a constructive process that helps sellers
showcase their home to command top dollar and a quick sale.
Staging a home for sale also begins with an in-home
consultation. Perfect Fit Interiors
assesses the home using a national staging scoring system to
pinpoint its strengths and weaknesses. During the
consultation PFI
develops a plan to highlight the top selling points and to
minimize or correct the weaknesses.
PFI then schedules a time to complete the
staging. Recognizing that time is of the essence in staging,
PFI can generally get
your house market-ready in 1 to 2 days.

The National Association of Realtors states that
the average time of sale for a staged home is
13.9 days as opposed to 31 days for a non-staged
home. Even more importantly, the NAR says that
staged homes sell for an average of 6.9% to 10%

antiquing, stenciling, and color washing techniques to
revitalize and customize tired cabinets, walls and
furniture. PFI also
offers In-home color consultations for clients that need
help selecting paint techniques and colors.
